This Painting is based on a photograph taken on Englewood Beach in Englewood, Florida.  The charm of this work is that it captures a typical moment in the life of a Florida vacationer or retiree.  This particular work is done in an airy style, with lots of the blue pastel paper showing through, in keeping with the airiness of the locale and the painting's whimsical feel.
